Creative Director and Head of Design, March 2019 - present

A Global digital design & lead agency responsible for brand evolution, strategy and design guidelines including development of brand books for markets worldwide. While we have a strong focus on digital, we go offline as well, creating strategy-driven communication always looking to connect to the right people in the right places.

Creative Director October 2015 - February 2019  

I got to play with a little bit of everything from strategy to concept to design and copy, with a great team doing traditional and lots of non-traditional advertising from guerrilla to trade shows, print and digital communication. I also helped double the size of the creative department, won a bunch of awards and had a lot of fun.

Worked on brand activation, social media, digital and traditional advertising for clients like VisitScotland, Emirates, Leica and Hessischer Rundfunk.

Creative Director 2009 - 2012

Head of Brand Activation for the Philip Morris International group, later also as Creative Director for Philip Morris Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This included overseeing the growth of different portfolio brands and their visual identities as well as developing promotional programs including logos, slogans and on pack advertising.

Creative Director 2007 - 2009

As Creative Director of the Kyiv office, I helped grow the creative department from 12 to 28 people by winning new business in the local market, and increasing work with the existing clients in Romania, Georgia, Moldova and of course, the Ukraine. Leo Burnett Kyiv was named Ukraine’s agency of the year both years I was there. We specialised in FMCG including promotional and in-store displays as well as out of home and TVCs for national and international brands.

I concepted, designed and supervised creative on various Philip Morris USA and Philip Morris International campaigns and promotions, including print and out of home, website content creation and design, digital applications, event/venue design & planning and other non-traditional communication channels. Other clients included Samsung, Altoids and McDonald's

Senior Art Director April 2000-August 2001 

Promotional concept and design work for Diageo, Coca-Cola, Ford and new business acquisitions. I got to design and develop seasonal In-store displays as well as on-pack promotions including special labels and packaging.
